Sell My House Online - How does it work?
Selling your home online is easy!
First you need to register an account with us. It's free to register.
Login to your account. This will give you access to your 'Property Portfolio'.
Click on 'Sell Your Property' to gain access to the 'Property Listing Manager'.
Click on 'Add Property' and complete the 'Property Particulars' form, then hit 'Save'.
You can now edit, preview and upload images to the listing you have just created.
Once you are happy with your property advert and are ready to publish it on our website, hit 'Publish' (payments are processed securely through PayPal). After payment, your advert will appear in our listings. You only pay once per listing and your advert will stay on our systems until it is sold.

Buyers will be able to contact you using the telephone number you provided when you created your advert.
If something in your advert needs to be changed after it has gone live, don't worry, you can login at any time and edit any part of your advert 24hrs a day at no extra cost.
Good Practice
When you first publish your advert it's Status will be shown as 'FOR SALE' by default. When your property is 'UNDER OFFER' please change your adverts Status to reflect this in the Property Listing Manager and likewise for when it is 'SOLD'.
